Gabrielle Gerard-Jenks, RYT 200
Gabrielle draws upon her years of personal practice, her study with influential teachers who understand yoga as a therapeutic modality, and years of a personal & professional practice in the field of Breathwork. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she brings in the importance of connecting to the vital core and breath. Through progressive sequencing, she guides the student inward and towards lightness. This brings more comfort in the body, with the potential to unravel ways we inhabit the body; ways that may cause discomfort and that no longer serve us.

She is certified in the KaliRay method of Hatha Yoga and her primary teacher of Tri-Yoga, Martha Hamilton, guided her in a somatic approach to yoga practice. She recieved her 200 hour yoga teacher training with her sister Anna Pittman. She is a teacher of Barratt Breathwork and has studied with Kathleen Barratt since 1993 and has a thriving BreathWork and spiritual mentoring practice along with offering training and certifications in Breathwork. Gabrielle and Angela have been dear friends and soul sisters for over 20 years and consider one another each others teacher!

Venessa Mintel

Venessa has been a student of Angela Phillips since 1999 and completed her 500 hour certification in March 2014. Yoga teaches her something about life and herself every time she gets on the mat. She is grateful for the inner journey and the stillness that yoga reveals to her and carries that energy off the mat and into the universe. “When you and I meet together, we forget ourselves; our cultures and classes. There are no divisions, and we talk mind to mind, soul to soul. We are no different in our deepest needs. We are all humans” - B.K.S. Iyengar
